Every Sunshine puzzle is packed with care and sent safely on its way to you. To make sure your puzzle arrives in good shape and as affordably as possible, we work with several shipping partners – including Pakajo – and pick the best mix of price and delivery time for your country.

Great news — we deliver Sunshine Puzzles right to your doorstep in the USA!
No hidden customs fees. All of our product prices already include import duties and customs charges. So there are no nasty surprises when your puzzle arrives — what you see is what you pay (plus shipping).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer four shipping options ranging from €9.90 to €59.90. The right rate is automatically determined at checkout based on the weight of your order — so you only pay for what's actually shipped.
Delivery time: 21–28 days. We've calculated generously to be on the safe side — in most cases your puzzle will arrive much sooner.
Shipping to the UK is currently paused – but we're working hard to offer both again very soon. We're also expanding our EU shipping step by step, so more countries will be added in the future. It's well worth checking back now and then.

You can return items to us in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. To do so, please send an email to info@sunshinepuzzles.de. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
If shipments are not collected by the customer, or their acceptance is refused without valid reason, we incur return shipping costs. For such returns, we charge a flat return fee of €7 for parcels from Germany and €17 for parcels from all other EU countries. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount or invoiced separately. The customer's statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds are issued via the same payment method you used for your purchase. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.
