Every Sunshine puzzle is packed with care and sent safely on its way to you. To make sure your puzzle arrives in good shape and as affordably as possible, we work with several shipping partners – including Pakajo – and pick the best mix of price and delivery time for your country.

The exact shipping cost depends on the size and weight of your order and is shown transparently at checkout.
Shipping to the USA and the UK is currently paused – but we're working hard to offer both again very soon. We're also expanding our EU shipping step by step, so more countries will be added in the future. It's well worth checking back now and then.

You can return items to us in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. To do so, please send an email to info@sunshinepuzzles.de. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
If shipments are not collected by the customer, or their acceptance is refused without valid reason, we incur return shipping costs. For such returns, we charge a flat return fee of €7 for parcels from Germany and €17 for parcels from all other EU countries. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount or invoiced separately. The customer's statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds are issued via the same payment method you used for your purchase. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.
